Fabiola Ramírez began her career in the arts in 2000 — public programs, nonprofit leadership, institutional partnerships. Two decades spent helping artists organize their ideas, strengthen their practices, and build sustainable paths forward. Not from a stage. From the trenches beside them.

Then she stepped into a different world: leading operations in a fast-paced, high-stakes industry. Sales. Negotiation. Crisis management. Systems that had to hold under pressure. It sharpened everything — the speed, the strategy, the precision. That experience didn't pull her from the arts. It strengthened her for it.

FABI is Fabiola coming back to her creative roots carrying the full toolkit — bringing operational strength to the artists, entrepreneurs, and cultural workers she has championed for over twenty years.
